The University of Cambridge has announced a new set of initiatives to deepen academic and research ties with India, including launching the Cambridge-India Centre for Advanced Studies and exploring scholarships and collaborations with Indian institutions. As part of this push, Cambridge will now accept the Indian CBSE Class XII qualification for entry into some undergraduate courses (with additional requirements where applicable), giving CBSE students a clearer pathway to apply to one of the UK’s top universities.
