It depends on the language of instruction and the institution’s requirements. For an English-taught programme, you may need to demonstrate English proficiency through an accepted qualification. For a French-taught programme, the university may require a higher level of French, often B2 or above, depending on the course. DELF B1 alone does not establish eligibility for every programme.
