CIMEA Verification in Italy is an official process through the CIMEA (Centro Informazioni Mobilità Equivalenze Accademiche) platform, often via DiploMe, to authenticate foreign educational documents and establish their comparability for Italian institutions, providing a “Statement of Comparability and Verification” to prove qualifications’ authenticity and equivalence for studies or work in Italy, replacing or supplementing the older Declaration of Value (DoV)
