PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Designed for Counselors. Built for Impact.
Over four days, participants engaged with sessions that are current, meaningful, and grounded in the lived experience of school counselors.

Day 1: Foundations & Futures
The program opened with a focus on strategic counseling systems and long-term trends shaping student guidance. Sessions set the stage for reflection and alignment with NEP, CBSE, Cambridge, IB, and other frameworks.
Day 2: Pathways & Practice
Admissions pathways took center stage from CUET and JEE to UCAS and global trends across the UK, US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Sessions addressed predicted grades, curriculum alignment, and key exams, with dedicated breakouts for new and experienced counselors.
Day 3: Systems, Support & Inclusion
A deep dive into ethics, bias, and school-level policies. Counselors engaged in hands-on work around documentation, inclusive practices, and structured support systems. The day also introduced practical tools for student wellbeing and mental health in today’s school environments.
Day 4: Leadership & Conversations That Matter
The final day focused on data-informed conversations with parents, the meaning behind rankings, and the counselor’s role. Sessions closed with insights on digital safety, certification, and clear takeaways for school-level implementation.
