Introduction
CUET provides a common platform and equal opportunity to students nationwide, including those from rural and remote regions, by standardising the higher education admission process. A single examination enables candidates to reach a wide range of institutions and simplifies the admissions journey by reducing reliance on a multitude of individual university tests.
For academic session 2026- 27, the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores will be used for admission into UG Programmes in all Central Universities/ Participating Universities. The list of Central Universities/Participating Universities may be seen at https://cuet.nta.nic.in/universities/
