The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) has begun admissions for its four-year full-time undergraduate degree programmes offered by the School of Multidisciplinary Studies, for the academic year 2026–27.

With a total intake of 80 students (40 in each major), the cohort structure enables focused learning, personalised attention, and close faculty interaction within IIMB’s distinctive academic environment.

Launch of 2 New Undergrad Degrees: 

The 2 newly launched undergraduate programmes are:

  • BSc Honours in Economics (with a minor in Data Science and Business) 
  • BSc Honours in Data Science (with a minor in Economics and Business) 

The curriculum design emphasises conceptual depth, analytical reasoning, and professional readiness through research engagement, internships, and global exposure.

Location:

The residential programmes will be delivered at the Institute’s upcoming Jigani campus.

Application Process and Other Dates:

  • The IIMB Undergraduate Admissions Test will be held on Saturday, 13 December 2025.
    • Duration: 120 minutes
    • Format: Computer-based test with 60 multiple-choice questions
    • Sections:
      • English Comprehension (15 questions)
      • Quantitative & Data Interpretation (30 questions)
      • Logical Reasoning (15 questions)
  • This will be followed by in-person interviews in January 2026.
    • Interview Window: 22-31 January 2026. 
  • Final offers will be released by Saturday, 28 February 2026. 
  • The last date to accept the offer is Tuesday, 31 March 2026.

Eligibility:

  • Must be 20 years or younger as of 1 August 2026.
  • Must have completed Class XII or equivalent from a recognised board.
  • Must have Mathematics as a subject in Class XII.
  • Must have scored at least 60% in Mathematics in Class X.
