Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships

Every year the Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships supports 5,000 meritorious students based on a merit-cum-means criteria for their undergraduate college education, empowering them to continue their studies without financial burden.

Students with a household income of under Rs. 15 lakh who are enrolled in first year (academic year 2025-26) of their undergraduate studies pursuing any subject stream can apply. The programme will also aim to encourage applications by girls and specially-abled students. Selected scholars will receive a scholarship of up to 2 lakhs over the duration of their degree programme.

Eligibility Criteria for Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship

  1. Be a resident Indian citizen
  2. Passed 12th with minimum 60%
  3. Currently enrolled in the 1st year in a regular full-time degree course in any stream (academic year 2025-26)
  4. Students having household income below 15lakhs 
  5. Aptitude Test in mandatory 

Applications and Selection Process

Applications for the 2025-26 scholarships are open till October 4, 2025.

  • Fill out the application form and add personal information, academic details, achievements and awards, supporting documents.
  • The online Aptitude test is mandatory for all applicants. Components of the test include verbal ability, analytical and logical ability and numerical ability (60 mins).
  • Applications will be evaluated using a combination of aptitude test score, academic and personal information.
  • All candidates will be evaluated on the basis of merit cum means and up to 5000 scholars will be announced.
