# Can Humanities students apply to UK universities without Mathematics? Which courses remain open to them?

Yes. Humanities students can apply to a wide range of UK undergraduate degrees without Mathematics, including Law, English, History, Politics, International Relations and several other social science courses. However, courses such as Economics, Data Science, Computer Science and other quantitatively intensive programmes may require Mathematics at a specific level. Some courses also require applicants to take an admissions test, depending on the university and programme.
