# How to start CLAT prep as a Class 11 student and what source to study from?

Start with the official CLAT syllabus and sample questions, then build a regular reading habit using credible news sources. Work on comprehension, reasoning and basic quantitative skills before moving into intensive mock-test practice. CLAT is designed primarily to test aptitude and skills rather than prior knowledge of law.
