Day 1: Setting the Foundation
Sessions on Ethical AI, competitive exam myths (covering NITs, IIITs, GFTIs beyond IITs), scholarship awareness with the launch of a 200+ scholarship database, and the Olympiad landscape equipped counsellors with updated tools and broader career perspectives. Group discussions on early-career challenges, Grade 9-10 interventions, and the data-vs-intuition debate converged on a shared need for structured, early counselling frameworks.

Sessions covered digital safety and deepfake risks, parent behaviour and the “17-year pressure funnel”, AI’s disruption of subject choices, early burnout detection, month-by-month counselling roadmaps, and emerging careers across AI, climate transition, and digital infrastructure. A high-energy Student Rescue Activity brought counselling concepts to life outdoors, while breakout discussions and a fireside chat on working with parents reinforced the counsellor’s role as a credible, long-term strategic guide.
